Privacy policy for RobZ

Introduction
Within the framework of its activity, the application “ROBZ”, is brought to collect and to treat information of which some are qualified as “personal data”. Starsheep studio attaches great importance to the respect of the private life, and uses only data in a responsible and confidential way and in a precise finality.

Personal Datas
When using the ROBZ game, there are 2 types of data that may be collected:

• Directly transmitted data
  This data is the data that you transmit to us directly, via the registration/creation of an account form.
  The following data is mandatory to access all the features of the game: “Nickname”, “email” and “password” (this last data is encrypted, no one can consult it in clear).

• Data collected automatically:
  During your visits, once you have given your consent, we may collect information about your activity within the application (time spent in game, game features used and scores).

Use of the datas
The data that you transmit directly to us is only used to allow you to access all the game features that require saving on our database (scores, progressions). They also allow us to measure the audience of our game, the consultations and the possible errors in order to constantly improve the experience of the users. These data are used by Starsheep studio, responsible for data processing, and will never be transferred to a third party or used for other purposes than those detailed above.

Legal basis
Personal data is collected only after mandatory consent of the user. This consent is validly collected (buttons and checkboxes when creating an account in the application), free, clear and unequivocal.

Duration of storage
The data will be saved for the period of your use of the ROBZ game.

Your rights regarding personal data
You have the right to access or delete all your personal data by sending a request to our data protection officer.
